I will present recent results from ongoing surveys of the stellar disks and halos of large and small galaxies in the Local Volume. These surveys include: (1) The HALO7D survey of the Milky Way's outer halo; (2) The SPLASH and PHAT surveys of the stellar disk and halo of the Andromeda galaxy; (3) The PISCeS survey of large galaxies and their dwarf satellites in the Local Volume; and (4) The NGVS survey of dwarf early-galaxies, their globular cluster satellites, and their nuclear star cluster and remote globular cluster satellites of M87.
