Fees:

The early-bird registration fee is 25,000 JP Yen (10,000 JP Yen for students),if paid before Aug 31, 2016.

The regular conference fee is 28,000 JP Yen (28,000 JP Yen for students,too).

The costs of your accommodation, the banquet and the excursion are not included in the registration fee.

We have reserved a number of rooms at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima at special rates. You can book the rooms on the above registration site.

The fee of buffet‐style banquet at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima is 9,000 JP Yen (free for a preschool child).

The excursion fee is 3,700 JP Yen (2,400 JP Yen for a schoolchild/free for a preschool child).

For those who need an invitation letter:

Please write us a request in the textbok (such as `I request an invitation letter for visa application.') on the registration site.

For students:

Upon request, we may consider a partial financial support for the travel expenses (e.g., accommodation and public transportation fees within Japan) for students who make an oral or a poster presentation at the conference and make a registration by the early deadline. If you request such a support, please write us so in the textbok (such as `I request a financial support within Japan.') on the registration site and make sure to submit your abstract before July 31, and also make a registration before August 31. Please DO NOT complete you payment before August 31 (to avoid troublesome processes for later refunds). LOC/SOC will inform each applicant of the final registration fee after August 31. Since our budget is limited, it is unlikely that we can fulfill all your requests.

Cancellation charge:

Conference fee : 0 JP Yen (fixed rate for all time)

Excursion fee : 0 JP Yen prior to the conference, 100% of the fee on and after Nov 28.

Banquet : 0 JP Yen prior to the conference, 100% of the fee on and after Nov 28.

Accommodation fee : follow the hotel's policy.
